Pricing
A subscription covers the whole family space, not each member. The people you remind never register, never pay, never see a limit.

14-day free trial, then $39.00 a year. Cancel any time through day 14 and pay nothing.
Same Pro features as yearly. Billed each month.
If you start the yearly trial
Cancelling is one path and it always finishes: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ClaimBell → Cancel Subscription. Pro then runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted after that. Apple or Google takes the payment. ClaimBell never sees or stores your card.
Purchase is via the App Store or Google Play on iOS/Android, and those stores are the payment processor. ClaimBell never sees or stores your card. Every member sees the same family entitlement. Prices are fixed per release. We don't run price experiments. Refunds are handled by the store that charged you. If Pro lapses, nothing is deleted or locked: every record stays editable on Free with one App reminder; extra stages and email action-link delivery pause.
Questions
No. The organizer and co-editors use the iOS or Android app. Everyone else — grandparents included — receives an email with a secure link and taps to confirm, claim, or mark done. They never register or pay, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link.
Days (birthdays, anniversaries) are remembered, and they're never "completed". Jobs (bills, document renewals, appointments, chores) end in done: someone claims them, finishes them, and the whole family sees the status. A job can also be created with no owner, so it sits on the unclaimed list until someone picks it up.
Yes: 1 family space, unlimited editable records, and 1 App reminder per record. A capability that ships free stays free; Pro adds up to 3 reminder stages and email action links for family without the app.
Yes. The Chinese lunar calendar, including leap-month rules, is a first-class feature. ClaimBell always shows you the actual Gregorian date a lunar birthday falls on, so "Grandma's lunar 7/15" becomes a concrete, correctly scheduled day. Try the lunar birthday converter — no account needed.
Refunds come from the store that took the money, not from us. Apple and Google don't let a developer refund a purchase directly. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → the order → Report a problem. Both usually answer within 48 hours. Two things that make this rarer: the yearly plan starts with 14 free days so you can decide before any charge, and if you cancel after being charged, Pro still runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a store refuses a request you think is fair, write to us and we'll say so in writing to support your case.

After that every record stays editable on Free with one App reminder each; extra reminder stages and email action-link delivery pause. Manage cancellation in the store that took the payment. We never raise the price on an existing subscriber.
