Creating an account, joining a family or using ClaimBell means you agree to these terms and the privacy page. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What ClaimBell is

ClaimBell makes sure a family's important dates and jobs land somewhere: the right person is reminded at the right time, can answer without the app, and the whole family sees what nobody has picked up. It shows only what people chose to share, never what we observed. It has no chat, no location tracking, no photo albums and no full calendar, and it does not replace the system calendar.

2. Who sells what

• WaveApp LLC makes ClaimBell, runs the service and licenses it to you.
• The Apple App Store or Google Play sells the Pro subscription and is the merchant for that payment. Payment, tax, renewal and refunds follow the store's rules; see the refund page.

3. Your account and licence

• You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
• You sign in with a one-time email code or a login link. Keep that email account secure and tell us about any misuse.
• You may use ClaimBell on devices you control, for your own family. You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the service, with store billing or with anyone else's device, and you must not use it to break the law.

4. Your content and other people

• People profiles, dates, jobs, reminders and notes stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to host, sync, back up and deliver them.
• You must have the right to add a person's details and to send them an invitation or a reminder. Invite only people who agree to receive family messages.
• Never publish an invitation, consent or action link. Never use ClaimBell to harass, spam or deceive anyone, or to get around someone's unsubscribe choice.
• Family Owners control membership and settings. A member who leaves takes no records; they stay with the family.

5. Paying

• Free covers one family space, unlimited records, one app reminder per record and push for registered members.
• Pro adds up to three reminder stages and email action links for people without the app. It costs US$39.00 per year per family, with a 14-day free trial on the yearly plan, or US$4.99 per month per family with no trial. Both plans carry the same entitlement. Recipients pay nothing, ever.
• The price on the store's checkout screen, in your currency, is the one that counts. Store Family Sharing is off.
• The subscription belongs to the purchaser's store account. Transferring Owner moves administration, never billing. If the purchaser leaves the family, Pro stays until the end of the paid period.
• Three days before a trial converts, we email the purchaser. Cancel in the store; cancelling stops the next renewal and deletes nothing.
• Restore purchase runs off the store receipt.

6. What we promise

• Nothing is deleted or locked when Pro lapses: viewing and export stay.
• Capability given away on Free is never moved behind the paywall later.
• Existing subscribers are never raised in price.
• No product of ours will ever carry ads.
• Features and prices change only between releases, never inside one.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time; an Owner first transfers Owner or deletes the family. See Delete account. We can suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, billing abuse, a security or legal risk, or if the product is discontinued, with notice where that is reasonably possible. Anything already bought stays under the store's rules.

8. Warranty

ClaimBell is provided as is. It helps you organise reminders; it does not guarantee that a reminder is delivered, seen or acted on at a given time. Permissions, providers, networks, time zones and a recipient who never confirmed can all delay or stop a delivery. Do not rely on it for an emergency, medical care, a legal deadline or any duty where a missed alert could cause serious harm. Lunar-to-Gregorian conversion is a tool, not a legal or religious authority. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for anything connected to ClaimBell is capped at the greater of US$100 or what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, as recorded by the store. The cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability the law does not let us limit.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. Where the law permits, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming decide a dispute. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to hi@claimbell.com first; most problems are settled by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We email account holders about a material change before it takes effect. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
