1. Who refunds

• Pro, the subscription described in the terms, is sold by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store is the merchant, decides the refund under its own policy, and pays it.
• We run no separate refund window and no refund-by-email route. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves.
• Nothing on this page takes away the rights the law where you live gives you. For buyers in the EU, the right of withdrawal is handled in the store's checkout terms.

2. How to ask

• Apple App Store: use Apple's Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com) with the Apple ID you bought with.
• Google Play: use Google Play's refund request for the account that made the purchase.
• To stop the next renewal, cancel in the store's subscription management. Cancelling deletes nothing.

Have the store receipt or order number ready. In the app, the billing screen shows the purchaser a management entry; an Owner who is not the purchaser sees status only. "Restore purchase" brings a purchase you already made back onto this device; it is not a refund button.

3. Trials

The yearly plan starts with a 14-day free trial; the monthly plan has none. We email the purchaser three days before the trial converts. Cancel before then and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

4. After a refund

• Pro ends once the store revokes the entitlement, following the store's and RevenueCat's record. You do not need to tell us.
• Family data stays. Every record stays editable on Free with one app reminder; extra reminder stages and email action links pause.
• If the purchaser leaves the family, Pro stays until the end of the paid period. Deleting the family does not cancel the store renewal; the purchaser cancels it in the store.
